ExSimu provides a high-fidelity simulation engine for medical exam practice. The service includes specialized, original practice banks for Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Allied Health. All content is peer-reviewed and proprietary to RER MedApps. We do not provide medical advice or guarantee exam success; our tools are designed to facilitate mastery through clinical logic and rigorous practice.
3. Subscription & Commercial Terms
Access to ExSimu premium question banks requires an active subscription. We utilize specialized, industry-leading third-party infrastructure to manage all commercial transactions securely and transparently.
Payment Processing & Subscriptions

4. Intellectual Property Rights
The ExSimu platform, its design, clinical taxonomy, and the 15,000+ simulations are the exclusive property of RER MedApps. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use during your subscription period. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our clinical assets is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright law.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Scraping
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity of our clinical assets. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Automated scraping, extraction, or systematic downloading of content.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or concurrent multi-user access.
• Reproducing content for use in competing products or public forums.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the simulation logic or forensic monitoring tools.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RER MedApps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ExSimu, even if an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international intellectual property standards and the laws applicable to RER MedApps' primary jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes arising from this agreement.
