1. Ownership Statement
The ExSimu platform, its proprietary clinical taxonomy, and its comprehensive bank of 15,000+ medical simulations are the exclusive intellectual property of RER MedApps. Every practice item is an original, first-party creation, peer-reviewed by clinical experts for maximum accuracy. We do not aggregate content from other providers, nor do we utilize exam "recalls" or unauthorized third-party datasets. We are the original authority for our content.
2. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Scraping
We employ advanced forensic monitoring and digital watermarking to protect our clinical assets. Any unauthorized attempt to extract, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary simulations—including but not limited to automated scraping, systematic screenshots, or "leaking" content—will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. RER MedApps reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies, including civil litigation and criminal complaints, against individuals or entities violating these proprietary rights.
3. DMCA Takedown Procedure
While our content is strictly original, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on ExSimu in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide our compliance department with a formal notification containing:
3.1 Authorized Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
3.2 Work Identification
A specific description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3.3 Infringement Location
The specific URL or path where the allegedly infringing material is located on our platform.
3.4 Verification Statement
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
4. Counter-Notice & Restoration
If access to your content has been disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
Legal Safe Harbor
"ExSimu maintains this protocol to ensure full transparency and legal compliance in accordance with global intellectual property standards. We protect our work as rigorously as we support our users."
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
ExSimu reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We maintain a permanent registry of banned entities to ensure the continued integrity of our platform.
