At ExSimu, a product of RER MedApps, we are committed to providing the highest quality medical simulation assets. We understand that educational needs can vary, and we strive to ensure our 15,000+ question bank meets the rigorous standards required for professional exam preparation.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. If you find that the platform does not meet your professional educational needs, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial purchase date, provided you meet the usage criteria outlined in Section 3.

3. Usage Limitations

To prevent abuse of our intellectual property and clinical assets, refunds are only available if:

• You have accessed less than 5% of the total question bank within your specific profession.
• You have not utilized the "Mock Exam" simulation features more than once.
• You have not exported or systematically downloaded any clinical taxonomy or logic data.

ExSimu reserves the right to deny refund requests if forensic monitoring indicates significant content consumption or systematic data extraction.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window.
• Renewal payments for existing subscriptions (unless canceled prior to the renewal date).
• Accounts that have been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Use (e.g., account sharing or scraping).
• Promotional or heavily discounted specialized bundles explicitly marked as "Final Sale."

5. Processing & Financial Infrastructure

All financial transactions on ExSimu are facilitated through secure, third-party payment infrastructure partners to ensure PCI compliance and data security.

Refund Distribution

"Once a refund is approved by our compliance team, the request is forwarded to our secure payment processing partners. Funds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on your financial institution and the specific payment protocols of our infrastructure providers."
